As part of the large-scale digital transformation of the Croatian Tax Administration, APIS IT needed to upgrade and extend a shared platform component for managing tasks and notifications across the Tax Administration information system.
The platform had to support automated task creation, assignment, tracking and closure based on events from multiple ISPU subsystems. It also had to enable both automated and manual creation of notifications, ensuring that the right information reaches the right tax officers at the right time.
Beyond functional upgrades, the system needed to align with APIS IT development standards, integrate with existing identity, registry and data platforms, and support reliable operation in a complex enterprise environment.
