As Hrvatska poštanska banka (HPB) embarked on a comprehensive upgrade of its core systems, the institution faced the critical task of ensuring absolute stability throughout the upgrade process. To secure seamless operations, HPB required a robust quality assurance strategy that could validate both functional and rigorous non-functional requirements.
The primary challenge lay in modernizing the testing paradigm: in addition to traditional SQA methods, to introduce a fully automated testing framework for the new system, while simultaneously conducting performance testing to guarantee the platform’s readiness under high-volume transactional loads.
